Can I use PlaceMeFast today?

No. It is being built and is not publicly available. There is no trial, no free tier you can sign into, and no product to log into yet. Joining the early-access list records your interest and nothing more.

What does joining the early-access list actually do?

It sends your email address, and optionally your target role and seniority, to us. We contact you once, when early access opens. You will not receive a confirmation email, a newsletter, or a sequence of marketing messages, and your details are not shared with anyone else.

When will it launch?

Accepted Answer

There is no announced date. Publishing one we are not confident in would be worse than saying this. Everyone on the list hears at the same time.

Which countries does it cover?

Accepted Answer

The United States only. It is built around U.S. employer hiring systems and U.S. job searches. If you are searching elsewhere it will not be useful to you, and we would rather say so than take your email under a misunderstanding.

How much will it cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is not set, so none is published. There will be a free tier for browsing matches and reviewing resume readiness, and an Auto-Pilot plan for a more hands-free search. Nothing about price is a commitment until it appears on a pricing page.

Does it guarantee I will get a job?

Accepted Answer

No, and any tool that says otherwise is describing something it does not control. Interviews and offers depend on the market, the employer, and you. PlaceMeFast helps you run a better-organised and better-targeted search. That is the whole claim.

Question 7

Will it apply to jobs without asking me?

Accepted Answer

Only if you configure it to, and only within limits you set. Auto-Pilot can queue and submit applications for high-fit roles, with review, approval, and resume-selection controls you define. Submitted responses are recorded so you can see later exactly what was sent in your name.

Do I have to connect my Gmail account?

Accepted Answer

No. Connecting Gmail is opt-in and off by default. It exists so recruiter outreach can be sent from your own address and so application tracking can read confirmations and replies. Email forwarding covers most of the tracking benefit without granting inbox access, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account.

Will it invent experience to make my resume match a job?

Accepted Answer

No. It re-weights, reorders, and rewords experience you actually have, and fixes structural problems that stop a resume parsing correctly. Fabrication is a real failure mode of language models used carelessly, which is why nothing is submitted without you being able to read it first. Everything on your resume has to survive an interview.

Where do the job listings come from?

Employer hiring systems directly — including Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and Workday — rather than second-hand from aggregators. That is what makes it possible to surface roles close to when they are posted, and it avoids a common problem with job boards, which is carrying roles that were filled weeks ago.

Is this useful if I am not a senior professional?

It is built for senior, staff, director, and executive searches, where the roles are scarce and targeting matters more than volume. Some of it generalises down. The parts that assume a small, high-consideration pool do not.

What data do you store, and can I delete it?

Accepted Answer

Right now, on this website, the only thing collected is what you type into the early-access form. It is emailed to us and not stored in any database, because there is not one yet. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will. The product itself will handle resumes and job-search data, and its terms will be published before it launches.

Is there a Chrome extension?

Accepted Answer

There will be. It fills supported application forms with your profile, resume, and AI-assisted answers so you are not retyping the same employment history into every form. It is optional — everything else works without it.
