Discover
Reads job postings straight from the career pages of more than 50,000 U.S. companies, then filters them against your resume and your own rules — so you see the roles you actually want, not a general feed.
What it does
The whole path, in order — from the preferences you set to a record of exactly what was sent in your name.
Learns what a good role looks like for you
Target roles, seniority, compensation, locations, remote and hybrid preferences, company criteria, visa needs, and the things you want excluded. Keep more than one resume and use the right one for each type of role.
Finds roles early
Reads postings directly from the career pages of more than 50,000 U.S. companies, rather than waiting for them to reach an aggregator.
Explains every match
Each role arrives with fit and ATS-readiness signals, compensation where it is available, and the reasoning behind the recommendation — so you can correct it when it is wrong.
Tailors the application
Adapts a resume to a specific job description, drafts cover letters, and improves structure, formatting, and keywords for applicant tracking systems. Optimized files can be downloaded and reused.
Fills the forms, on your terms
On Premium, applications can be matched, tailored, queued, and submitted under review and approval controls you configure.
Finds the right person to contact
Surfaces recruiter and company contacts, drafts outreach, and can send from your own Gmail account if you choose to connect one. Opt-in, and off by default.
Keeps the pipeline current
Email-forwarding and inbox workflows capture confirmations, recruiter replies, interview activity, and outcomes — so the record stays accurate without you transcribing it.
Shows what was actually sent
Every application records its stage, the resume version used, the application history, and the submitted form responses where they are available.
And what it does not do
It does not put false answers on a form. Where an answer needs a judgement call, it stops and asks you instead of guessing.
It does not fire off applications unattended the way bulk-apply tools do. You approve each submission, so the right answers go in and your account stays in good standing with the systems employers use.
It does not work outside the United States. That is the only market it covers today.
It has no back channel to hiring managers. No inside referrals, no introductions we cannot actually make, and nothing that helps you cheat an interview.
It does not sell your data or hand it to anyone else. Delete your account and everything goes with it, apart from your name and email — kept only so one person cannot quietly open a second free account.
Who this is for
Built for a specific kind of search. It is worth being clear about which one.
A good fit if
You are looking for a tech role in the United States — engineering, data and AI, product, project, or marketing.
You would rather review ten strong applications than send two hundred weak ones.
Your search runs for months and you have lost track of it before.
You want to see why a role was matched to you, not just that it was.
Not a fit if
You want to fire off hundreds of untargeted applications. That works poorly, and this is not built for it.
You are searching outside the United States. Coverage is U.S.-only and will not pretend otherwise.
You want something that writes experience you do not have. It will not.
Two ways to use it
Pricing is not set yet, so there is none published here. These are the shapes the plans will take.
